The Rural Voices e-mail list notifies subscribers four times each year when a new issue of Rural Voices magazine is published. Subscribers can then access the new issue (and back issues) on HAC’s website on the Rural Voices page. You receive fast, easy access to the magazine, and HAC saves postage and printing costs.
