Congress has passed and President Obama has signed into law the “cromnibus” final spending bill for FY 2015. The bill (H.R. 83) provides a continuing resolution (CR) for the Department of Homeland Security through February 27 and an omnibus for the rest of the government, including USDA and HUD, through September 30. Spending levels for housing programs are as shown in the HAC News of December 10.
