President Obama will nominate San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro to replace Shaun Donovan as Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Developemnt. Donovan is now said to become the next director of the Office of Management and Budget and Sylvia Matthews Burrell, former OMB Director, has been nominated to take over as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services.
