Building HOME and Lead Based PaintStart: October 2, 2012
The Housing Assistance Council and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Atlanta Field Office invite you to participate in Becoming a High Performing CHDO on October 2-3, 2012 in Macon, GA. This training is designed to help improve performance under the HOME Program, topics covered include CHDO and HOME basics, redefining the PJ‐CHDO relationship, are you set‐up to be a successful developer, selecting good CHDO projects, CHDO project implementation, and ensuring long‐term project and CHDO survival. Discussion will include recent updates to the HOME program. Due to funding restrictions this training is limited to staff of certified CHDOs, potential CHDOs and PJs in Georgia.
