Rental Housing Preservation for Rural Seniors – Webinar

Date: October 2, 2013
Time: 2:00 – 3:00 pm Eastern Time
REGISTER NOW

The Housing Assistance Council (HAC) is pleased to invite you to participate in a webinar on rental housing for rural seniors. With a rapidly aging population, the development and preservation of affordable apartment buildings plays an important role in the continuum of housing options for seniors. Apartments allow older residents to remain in their home communities, close to family and friends. Resources exist that support this housing option.

Join us for this webinar to learn more about the resources that support multi-family affordable housing for seniors. The agenda will feature discussions on using USDA’s Section 515 Rental Housing Loans, Section 521 Rental Assistance, Multi-family Preservation and Revitalization (MPR), and Section 542 Vouchers; and HAC’s Preservation Revolving Loan Fund.

This webinar is supported by The Atlantic Philanthropies. For more information, please email Janice Clark at Janice@ruralhome.org.
