Join the Housing Assistance Council for Accessing Capital for Tribal Communities – A Roundtable Discussion; a half-day discussion with various private, state and federal funding sources available to Tribal Housing Development entities.

Represented agencies include the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development (USDA-RD), New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (NMFA), Native Community Finance (NCF), The Loan Fund (TLF) and the Housing Assistance Council (HAC). This roundtable discussion aims to assist Tribal organizations with understanding, accessing and navigating the complexities of various funding agency requirements. The roundtable discussion will also feature Zuni Pueblo, who will discuss their Self-Help Program, which utilized Rural Development 502 Direct Loans.
