March 8, 2013 – HUD has used all the funding provided for the Section 184 Indian Housing Loan Guarantee Program by the Continuing Resolution that funds the government through March 27, 2013. A memorandum informs tribes and lenders that HUD is suspending issuance of firm commitments under the Section 184 program until additional funding is available for the rest of Fiscal Year 2013.
