Advanced HOME: Doing Rental Deals
Start: July 27, 2011 The Housing Assistance Council and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, New Olreans Field Office invite you to participate in Advanced HOME: Doing Rental Deals on July 27-28, in New Orleans, LA. This two-day course will provide information on strategic ways to develop and finance HOME rental projects, the rental housing development process, rental financing topics and techniques, how financing sources work together and long run rental program compliance. This course is particularly relevant to managers of rental housing development programs funded with federal HOME grant dollars. Due to funding restrictions, this training is only open to CHDOs, potential CHDOs or PJs in Lousiana, and participants must register in advance.
