The Housing Assistance Council and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development, Atlanta Field Office invite you to participate in Advanced Financial Management on March 20-21, 2012 in Macon, GA.

Advanced Financial Management
This workshop is designed for experienced staff – typically those who have successfully completed some form of introductory financial management training – with accounting and financial management responsibilities for rural Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDOs) and other housing development agencies. Participants will gain a greater understanding of financial policies and procedures, cost allocation, cash flow management, ratio analysis, and financial management strategy.

Due to funding restrictions this training is limited to staff of certified CHDOs, potential CHDOs and PJs in Georgia. Additionally, participants are required to register in advance for this event.
