Alabama Rural Coalition for the Homeless, AL
The grant was used to purchase web conferencing equipment to link members of this rural continuum of care and to provide board training for its members.

Eastern Shore Center for Independent Living, VA
The grant was used to access training for staff and board around grant writing and homeless prevention strategies and to purchase a computer to maintain organizational and programmatic files and create a website.

Delta Area Economic Opportunity Corporation, MO
The grant was used to create a training curriculum for long-term and future staff on a range of topics and to develop materials to increase community awareness of homelessness and present to local stakeholders.

Gateway Homeless Coalition Inc, KY
The grant was used to create a strategic plan to govern internal operations and to provide training to staff and board on fundraising, marketing, and succession planning.

The Guardian Angel, MO
The grant was used to purchase computers and to train board and staff on their oversight and governance responsibilities.

The Homeless Coalition, MO
The grant was used to develop formal orientation materials for incoming board members and a board development plan and to hire a consultant to develop a fundraising plan for this coordinating body of the local COC.

Morgan-Scott Project, TN
The grant was used to create a board of directors for the newly created homeless shelter and establish the shelter as its own legal nonprofit organization.

Native American Community Board, SD
The grant was used to create a fundraising plan, to train staff on effective proposal writing, to improve financial record-keeping systems, and to expand the website.

Old Concho Community Assistance Center, AZ
The grant was used to purchase a server and four computers to increase data collection and reporting.

The grant was used to improve technology in the central office and train staff. The organization would purchase a central server computer, software, and printers. Staff would also receive training to use this technology.
