This educational website is designed to help consumers make informed, sound decisions related to the homebuying process. In addition, to this resource NeighborWorks® America and E*Trade Financial Corporation will also create neighborhood computer lab homebuyer kiosks in target minority and low- to moderate-income communities, and they will provide forums for community development practitioners through the NeighborWorks® Training Institute.
