Congress in recess, with another CR likely?

The House and Senate will return to Washington on Dec. 1, but then have only until Dec. 11 to take further action on FY 2015 spendiing and avert a government shutdown. Reports are that a short-term continuing resolution is becoming the likely course of action. The President’s actions on immigration have left Republicans undecided about a response. Some want to use appropriations as a response, while others seek to keep immigration and spending separate.
