HAC is proud to present our 2024 Loan Fund Impact Report. In fiscal year 2024 (October 2023-September 2024), our Loan Fund provided $29.3 million in financing through 46 loans—including 39% made to minority-led borrowers—to build, rehabilitate, or preserve 1,566 affordable homes. Additionally, $14.5 million was invested in preserving 1,097 affordable homes.
