The Housing Assistance Council would like to congratulate Peter Carey, Vice President of the HAC Board, on being named Acting COO of NeighborWorks America. Peter, who will retire as Executive Director of Self-Help Enterprises on June 30, brings his extensive exprerience working in rural housing to the this new position. Congratulations, Peter!
