The 2025 National Rural Housing Conference takes place November 4–7 in Washington, DC, bringing together rural housing leaders, policymakers, and practitioners from across the country.

Conference activities will begin Tuesday, November 4 with morning association meetings and interest group gatherings, followed by an evening welcome reception to officially kick things off.

Throughout the week, we invite you to take part in high-impact plenary sessions, 40+ interactive workshops, and networking events that connect you with over 700 rural leaders, practitioners, and policymakers. You’ll leave energized, equipped, and ready to turn ideas into action.

2023 Conference Spotlight

The 2023 National Rural Housing Conference (NRHC) was a rousing success. From October 24-27, 2023, in Washington, DC, the Conference convened nearly 700 stakeholders in the field of rural affordable housing, community development, and placemaking. Practitioners from local nonprofits, federal agencies, Congress, state and local governments, and other industry leaders gathered for two-and-a-half days of training, networking, and reconnecting to #BuildRural!
