RUS is offering loans, grants, and loan/grant combinations to finance provision of broadband infrastructure in underserved rural areas. The NOFA includes tentative deadlines and says they will be finalized by notices in the Federal Register and on grants.gov on Feb. 22, 2019. A notice in the Feb. 25, 2019 Federal Register announced the final deadlines and said a notice in March would announce when USDA will begin accepting applications.
