Joe Belden, HAC’s Associate Executive Director, was interviewed by Harum Helmy of KBIA Mid-Missouri Public Radio for the Health & Wealth Update program. Joe spoke about USDA Rural Development’s rural housing programs and the challenges rural communities were facing during the Federal shutdown as all local USDA offices were closed.
