The Dept. of Labor is extending the comment period for its Nov. 9, 2018 proposal to require employers to advertise online instead of in newspapers when they try to recruit domestic farmworkers before hiring H-2A workers from outside the US. Rather than being due Dec. 10, comments are now due Dec. 28, 2018. |
