House Passes Trust Fund Bill
The House of Representatives on Oct.
10 passed HR 2895, the National Affordable Housing Trust
Fund Act, by a vote of 264 to 148. The bill would establish
dedicated sources of funding for the production, preservation
and rehabilitation of 1.5 million affordable homes in
