USDA Rural Development Eligible Areas

In order to be eligible for many USDA loans, household income must meet certain guidelines. Also, the home to be purchased or served must be located in an eligible rural area as defined by USDA.  Since many rural communities depend on this funding, HAC regularly monitors any potential changes in eligibility policies from USDA and updates that information here.

Use the USDA website to determine if a property is located in an RD eligible area.
